Doug Fulling
President

Doug joined Symphony Health in 2019 after more than 20 years in the life sciences business and nearly 10 years at PRA Health Sciences. With his diverse background in consulting, analytics, and CRO services, he is focused on bringing innovative offerings and partnerships to the market. Prior to Symphony, Doug held several business development leadership positions at PRA. His last role was Senior Vice President, Global Business of PRA’s Product Registration and Real-World Solutions divisions. During his tenure, sales grew 75% in the US and 33% globally, surpassing $1.5 billion in sales. Prior to joining PRA, Doug was the Global Vice President of Business Development for Octagon Research (now Accenture) and Head of US Business Development for MDS Pharma Services’ (now Syneos) Global Clinical Development Division.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s in Health Administration from Tulane University.

Koichi Iwata
Vice President, Technology and Advanced Analytics

Koichi is responsible for the development of Symphony Health’s technology platforms and capabilities that include applications, services, data architectures, and advanced analytics strategies. He possesses over 20 years of experience leading enterprise engineering innovation teams for Fortune 50 healthcare organizations. His focus lies on building the next generation of healthcare capabilities, establishing enterprise scale patient and provider products based on modern technology platforms, and developing awesome talent, culture, and practices. All of these goals deliver value-based healthcare outcomes for our customers.
Koichi joined Symphony Health from Express Script, where he held various leadership roles in architecture, software development, infrastructure, and clinical business areas.
He is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology and a Master of Science in Computer Science.

Connie Inguanti, R.Ph
Vice President, Data Operations and Governance

Connie Inguanti is our Corporate Development & Partnerships VP. She’s responsible for managing partner relationships as well as assisting with strategical development of Symphony’s ecosystem.
Connie has over two decades of diverse pharmaceutical industry and healthcare experience. She joined the team in January 2020 and brought valuable insight from her leadership and executive roles within the life sciences industry. Throughout her career, she has provided clinical oversight for programs and services, along with research and analysis for pharmaceutical product opportunities at various Market Access organizations. With her career focus on pharmaceutical data operations, Connie has also led IT operations and provided oversight to international teams.
Connie holds a BS in Pharmacy from St John’s University and began her career as a Retail Pharmacist. Her past position titles include Chief Pharmacist, Lead of Acquisition Integrations, and Chief Data Officer.

Keven Zeigler
Vice President, Product

Keven brings over 25 years of experience within the life sciences informatics space to his current role leading Symphony’s product team. He is responsible for governing the product management and strategy functions, as well as defining and executing the go-to-market strategies for the complete portfolio of offerings. Previously, Keven led Symphony’s largest business development team, demonstrating a successful track record of strategic account management, innovative sales campaigns, and negotiation of complex agreements. Formerly, he also launched material patient, payer and targeting and compensation innovations to the healthcare marketplace. During his Symphony tenure, he has consistently driven significant sales and product portfolio revenue growth.
Keven holds a BA in Public Relations from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Lynne Randall
Vice President, Account Services

Lynne has over 20 years of leadership experience in the life sciences industry, especially in enabling business transformation through healthcare data analytics and technology. Prior to her role at Symphony, she led business development activities at ClaritasRx and customer operations at NDCHealth. Her extensive background in leading complex data platform transitions for clients, empowering high performing teams that deliver exceptional customer service, quality deliverables, and positive client outcomes makes her an asset in her current role as head of account services.
Lynne holds a BS in Finance from Charleston South University.

Lynn Okamoto, PharmD
Vice President, PHORCE Consulting

Dr. Lynn Okamoto joins the Symphony leadership team, bringing extensive expertise in management and scientific research for health economics, outcomes research, and observational studies, as well expertise in healthcare analytics. With more than 30 years in the healthcare industry and global experience in healthcare consulting, product management, and business unit management, at Symphony, Lynn is responsible for managing our consulting practices with a focus on optimizing our consulting resources, streamlining processes across practice areas, and growing our consulting line of business.
In her previous roles, Dr. Okamoto has led integration of evidence consulting with digital solutions, as well as digital platforms development, and long-term business and product development strategy across all healthcare markets. She has numerous publications in medical and scientific journals and earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Michigan, College of Pharmacy. Her proven achievements in multiple areas at the crossroads of technology and healthcare will help us continue delivering innovative healthcare and data solutions to the market and to our partners.

Paula Fullman
Vice President, PHORCE Strategic Initiatives
Paula brings over 30 years of professional experience in research and consulting to Symphony Health. She is responsible for partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies throughout the country to define business issues and develop cohesive, targeted solutions. Prior to joining NDCHealth, Paula was Director of Research and Data Management at SMG Marketing Group, where she was responsible for managing the development and support of institutional and managed care database products, as well as a custom analytics team. Paula also held positions as Director of Account Development and Senior Client Account Strategist at Wolters Kluwer Health.
Paula earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University in Chicago and received a dual undergraduate degree in Marketing and Psychology from Skidmore College.

Ki Park
Vice President, Patient Insight, Market Access & Commercial PHORCE Consulting

Ki has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting out in various sales roles before transitioning to lead the Managed Care Analytics group at a mid-size pharmaceutical. In his time at Symphony Health, Ki has held various roles within the Managed Markets consulting organization, from Consultant, Sr. Principal to his current role of Practice Area Head. He leads a team of seasoned consultants and principals to develop innovative consulting solutions while maximizing the data assets available to Symphony’s clients.
Ki holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Edward Barnett
Vice President, Business Development – East Region

Ed is an accomplished pharmaceutical industry executive with more than 30 years of progressive commercial leadership experience. His global commercial experience includes sales, marketing, leadership, account management, strategic initiatives, pricing, contracting, operations, and sales force effectiveness. He has helped build commercial solutions for over 40 companies and launched over 45 products in the industry. Ed’s knowledge of industry best practices allows him to develop strategic partnerships throughout the industry, while his proven success in launching new products and commercializing drugs brings additional value to our customer engagements.
Ed holds a BA in Business and Marketing as well as an MBA from Moravian College.

Joe Bivins
Vice President, Sales – West Region

Joe is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. In his 15 years in the pharmaceutical data analytics space, Joe has helped well over a hundred pharmaceutical companies as they research, launch, and support critical products in the healthcare industry. Joe also has extensive experience in the patient support services field. He has worked with many pharmaceutical companies in developing comprehensive patient support programs to remove barriers for patients and to allow them speedy access to therapy. Joe and his business development team at Symphony Health are committed to providing the best service and consultative support to our customers.

Andrew Diefes
Vice President, Business Development – Emerging Pharma

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare information industry, and has been with Symphony Health for the past 16 years. He leads a team that focuses on pre-commercial, emerging, and small life science/pharmaceutical and biotech organizations in the U.S and globally. Andrew’s team specializes in building relationships at these organizations, aligning Symphony Health data, analytics, technology, and consultative solutions to each one of our client’s strategic needs. Prior to Symphony Health Solutions, Andrew worked at Scott-Levin, a secondary market research firm.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.

Ewa Kleczyk, Ph.D.
Vice President, Advanced & Custom Analytics

Dr. Kleczyk has over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research, in both primary & secondary research areas. With her broad experience in commercial effectiveness, digital & media analytics, as well as forecasting & promotional impact measurement, she is a recognized leader in the industry, a frequently published academic author, and speaker at conferences including PMSA, PMRG & DTC Perspectives. She is also is a board member of several peer-reviewed publications, including the PMSA Journal. Dr. Kleczyk is an active advocate of mentoring future women leaders in the pharma industry, for which she has been recognized with multiple leadership awards, including HBA’s ‘Rising Star’ & ‘Luminary’ recognitions. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from Virginia Tech and has been a part-time graduate faculty in the School of Economics at the University of Maine.
